The whole yard and set up has been built from new and was planned down to the finest detail to ensure the horses well being and ease of use.
There are 24 large indoor Lodden boxes in their own barn complex with associated washing down areas, tackrooms, and mess room etc.
There are a further 6 indoor pens in their own barn used for holding youngsters or foaling.
70 acres of prime paddocks ensure that there is enough turn out space for all the horses.
All the paddocks are newly fenced with high square post and rail fencing to ensure mare and foals safety.
When not turned out the horses are regularly exercised on the Claydon horse walker.
An 80 x 40 metre sand school with block and timber fencing to 8 feet ensures the horses safety and complements the superb new facilities.
